My Story
I didn’t set out to become a consultant, I set out to understand why some teams thrive while others collapse. While leading performance at one of the nation’s largest banks, I discovered a pattern: the highest-performing teams operated like living systems, not machines. That insight led me to study the honeybee hive, nature’s perfect model for adaptability and collaboration.
